While the visit and your procedure may be covered by your insurance, we will no longer submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf for reimbursement ( with the exception of Medicare).
Payment will be due at the time services are rendered, and we will be happy to provide all necessary documentation to help you submit your claim to your insurance provider.
We accept most types of payments including Cash, Credit Card, HSA and Care Credit.
